Art Event Consulting and coordination
Championing my fellow artists in the local community and beyond is a passionate pleasure of mine. I bring to the table over 30 years of management, facilitation, planning, and communication skills, combined with my artist’s viewpoint, to brainstorm, plan, curate, and execute art events unique to their communities, audience, and creatives. Some of the events I’ve offered oversight for include gallery or studio tours, organizing and curating employee art shows, plein air festivals, and open air art sales. My customers have included large medical facilities, municipalities, art associations, local clubs, and local artist groups.
With each of my projects, I encourage creative diversity and open access to seeing inside the artist’s process. My goal with each event is to foster a “win-win” for both the organization and the participating artists.
